Verification of Server Permits, TEMPORARY PERMITS Valid 120 Days
License Verification for Establishments and Server Permits is not available at this time.
- SERVERS waiting for Permanent Cards, System is still down, so you will need to do the following:
- The TEMPORARY PERMIT issued when you took the class, is VALID for 120 days.
- If it is set to expire, another Temporary will be mailed to you. Fill out the Duplicate Request Form, CLICK FOR COPY, DO NOT SEND $10 Fee, and include a copy of your Temporary Permit for verification of expiration date. If available, please include a copy of your expired permit.
